If you choose to apply for a loan we may ask you to state financial information such as income history, amount and type of assets, liabilities, and marital status.

Sharing Information with Other Companies

In order to provide the products and services which you may desire or to provide you with information about the products and services that Ravenel Ford offers, we may share certain information about you with affiliate companies such as automobile manufacturers or finance companies. Ravenel Ford may share your information with certain service providers in order to make a lending decision. We may also share personal information with state and federal regulatory agencies as we are required to do by law.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not rent or sell our client list or mailing list to third parties.

Ravenel Ford may share information with certain third parties in the conduct of it's business and providing financial services, including: (a) in the course of providing any information, products or services which you may request, information may be provided to lenders, financial partners and third parties who work in conjunction with you or Ravenel Ford (b) any disclosure required by applicable law, regulatory agency, auditor; (c) information provided to reputable credit bureaus, information reporting agencies, financial institutions and merchants; and (d) in conjunction with providing financial services on-line, we provide certain information to third party service providers. Third parties will be advised of the need to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided to them.

Removal from Ravenel Ford Solicitations

If you are not a Ravenel Ford customer and you are on our mailing list or if you do not want information about the products and services Ravenel Ford can provide, you may want to discontinue receiving mail, e-mail or other solicitations. We respect your wishes and will remove you from our lists. Please send your name, email address, mailing address and phone number to Ravenel Ford at: 6340 Savannah Hwy. P.O Box 217 Ravenel, SC 29470. Please specify that you want to be removed from mail, e-mail or telephone solicitation.

In the event you are removed from our lists, we still need to communicate with customers on a regular basis to notify them of service issues, or other items that may affect their relationship with Ravenel Ford.
